Wedding & Civil Union Cupcakes

Instead of the traditional multi-tiered ‘cutting’ cake there is the option of having a cupcake tower. Cupcake towers look stunning and there’s no worry over the cutting and sharing out of cake as each guest can receive an individually designed and hand decorated cupcake served at the reception or boxed for each guest to take home (boxes at extra cost). Infact, boxed cupcakes to take home can take the place of wedding favours!

Cupcakes can be displayed on a tiered stand (available to hire from us) or on lower levels flowing onto the table-top. You can display them any way you wish!

With the cupcakes a ‘top tier cutting cake’ can be made to match the overall decorations. This can be either sponge cake or fruit cake. Usually a 6-inch round or square cake is sufficient to give a stunning finish to your tower of cupcakes.

Your Wedding Cupcakes Design

For wedding cupcake orders we offer a free informal consultation where ideas and designs can be discussed to enable us to produce the cupcakes of your dreams.

In preparation you should ideally collect photos and pictures from magazines, create simple sketches your own ideas, note down the things you like and importantly the things you don’t like about wedding cakes you may have seen (colours, stacked, tiered, or cupcake tower etc.) If you wish, any of your ideas can be developed by a resident Graphic designer (additional small cost).

The only limitation to your wedding cupcakes are your own imagination! We will assist you in all design aspects making your dream a workable and beautiful design.
